Who can play

The new-player package
It covers your first three deposits, each of at least £20. Weekly cashback of up to 25% is calculated on net losses, and rakeback of up to 18% on the house edge of real-money wagers. Each promotion shows its own conditions when you claim it.
Game weighting
Slots count 100% towards wagering. Live casino and table games count at a lower rate or not at all, and some titles are excluded from bonus play.
Verification
We verify your identity, address and payment method before your first withdrawal, and we may ask again for larger withdrawals. Sending your documents early avoids delays.
Withdrawals
We usually process crypto withdrawals within 24 hours of approval. Card withdrawals take 2-3 business days and bank transfers up to 72 hours. An active bonus must be wagered in full, or forfeited, before you withdraw.
Licence
We're operated by Pointissimo B.V. under a Curaçao licence, which is not a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. Complaints our support team can't resolve go to the Curaçao licensing authority, and UK statutory dispute resolution isn't available.
